Inadequate water intake causes dehydration and can lead to a number of issues, most commonly – poor concentration, headaches, impaired sleep, dry skin, joint problems and some digestive disorders.

Aim to drink approximately two litres of water per day, add an extra litre for every hour of exercise or if the weather is particularly hot.

Get your daily calcium by popping a tab, chugging milk or eating yogurt. It’s keep your bones strong. Remember that your bone density declines after the age of 30.
